Brexit could lead to heavy admin burden

NonStop Recruitment recognises internal talent is key to success and part of our focus on providing the best working environment, is a freedom of movement policy.

Our consultants – be they from the UK or the EU – can move to any of our offices, including London and Switzerland, after completing their initial training in Prague.

But should a Brexit go ahead, our offices could potentially lose much of their diversity and our Prague-based training academy, which gives our consultants the tools to succeed while fuelling our growth, may have to split.

We would face a potential huge administration burden in obtaining work permits, or have to relocate employees to/from the UK – obstacles that would echo across Europe.
