Fixed Term Contract Work
Fixed Term Contractors are generally employed for a fixed period of time such as 6 or 12 months. Fixed Term Contractors are paid on a pro rata basis and are paid directly by the client. Often they receive some (not all) benefits as permanent members of staff. Generally any termination of the contract between both parties would require a notice period.
The benefits are like that of a Temporary worker yet offer an alternative to a permanent position. Some of the benefits for the candidate are:
