Leveraging our incredible success in Prague, where we’ve trained and developed hundreds of successful recruiters over the last few years, this next phase of our growth will involve hiring directly into the London office where you can learn from some of our best consultants.

Abid's Story

I began my career at NonStop as a graduate in 2007 aged 22 years of age with little knowledge of recruitment but plenty of enthusiasm, drive and resilience. Over the years I have been given ample opportunities such as setting up new offices overseas and starting up a new division from scratch.

This role has provided me financial independence but now as a Director, I get to play a central role in training others on how to be successful recruiters as well as shape the strategic direction of our business.

Coming back from our offices in Switzerland during 2018, I now head up our UK sales and recruitment operations with a real desire to grow the team and work towards developing other consultants in to future business leaders.

Dove's Story

I joined NonStop in 2014 soon after finishing my master’s law degree and have never looked back! Recruiting medical device sales professionals in Germany, I have built a genuinely international team covering multiple sectors in medical devices, pharma, chemical and automotive industries across the UK, DACH and Nordic regions and, in the near future, the USA!

I don’t know if there is another business that would have been able to help me build a career so quickly and progress from entry level graduate to Associate Director within only four years. It has been an exciting journey with constant learning and development followed by incredible rewards – I even managed to pay off my parent’s mortgage in full, as well as travel to some incredible holiday destinations annually!

Luke's Story

I joined NonStop in 2013 after completing a law degree and bouncing round a few different potential careers but not finding the right one. I didn’t know it then but a career as a NonStop recruiter was exactly what I was unknowingly looking for and can honestly say my life has completely changed since then, including being able to by property in London at the age of 27.

I was promoted to Team Leader within my first 12 months which opened up a whole new level of personal and professional development in allowing me to really understand how to not only take on feedback but how to help deliver it constructively to others and drive a team of mixed experience levels to really achieve their full potential. I was supported throughout my journey by the entire business and now, as an Associate Director, I can help even more people on their NonStop journeys.

Our Roles Now

Together, as the senior management team in London, we are responsible for helping everyone in our office Develop, Grow and Succeed through creating an exciting and supportive working environment and coaching and mentoring team leaders specifically.

Abid has additional responsibility for NonStop’s entire UK operations.

Our Vision for London

Leveraging the huge success NonStop has had in other areas of Europe, the business model and the training programme, we plan to grow the London office by hiring about 50 people over the coming two years.

And with new NonStop offices in Boston, Bucharest and Luxembourg, we are looking for further expansion options once we’ve reached our London goal – elsewhere in Europe or further afield.


The Role

As a recruitment consultant, building and maintaining relationships with your clients, as well as your candidates, will decide how successful you are. Your objective is to become the go-to person in your market, in terms of recruitment needs, and that can only be done by ensuring that you have your clients and candidates’ best interests at heart. Not only will you be developing lifelong skills such as sales, negotiation, marketing, and many others, you will be dealing everyday with the most important resource of all: people.

On top of a competitive basic salary, we offer you a great uncapped commission structure that means your on target earnings (OTE) could be £40,000+ in your first year.

It’s important to note this is a commission-based role. Your real earnings come from your share of the money you bring into the business – your clients paying for the work you do for them. This means your earnings will fluctuate from month to month.
